| 英文摘要 | 随着中国经济的高速发展，房地产的价格也随着经济发展呈飞速上涨的态势。目前，在房地产交易环节中存量房交易税收收入大幅增长，但其中纳税人低报、瞒报成交价格来逃避税负的行为也日益增多。根据国家财政部、税务总局有关文件精神，各地财政税收部门应按照统计学原理及房地产批量评估的程序和方法，借助现代信息技术手段，开发应用存量房计税价格评估系统来规范评估机制，应用统一程序、统一标准，提高税务机关的征管效率。同时，简化办税流程，降低老百姓的办税成本，防范并杜绝存量房交易“阴阳合同”所形成的税收风险和执法风险，营造依法、公平纳税的税收环境。 本文主要结合某市非居住类存量房的相关特点，通过分析有关非居住类存量房估...; With the swift development of China’s economy, the real estate price also follows the economic growth.
