| 英文摘要 | 国家发展现状加大了各高校仪器设备的投入，各单位也更加重视仪器设备的开放及共享。过去仪器设备主要用纸质卡片管理模式，在使用及管理过程中存在仪器介绍说明性文档容易丢失；仪器数量多且较为分散、大部分的仪器都在各自课题负责人手里，老师预约使用较难协调；不能很直观了解到仪器的状况，仪器坏了无法在线报修等，这些现象无形中阻碍了仪器设备的开放共享。 论文的基本思路是，针对仪器管理系统涉及的几项关键技术及理论进行了研究探讨。在最终的系统实现中，使用B/S架构，建立在ASP平台上，以Dreamweaver8作为开发工具,运用MYSQL数据库管理系统，结合CSS技术，开发出一款基于WEB应用技术的仪器管理系统。...; In recent years, China has put a lot of efforts and investments on infrastructure construction in universities and colleges, new while institutions are paying more attention to the sharing and openness of facilities.
