| 英文摘要 | 海关，作为国家的进出境监督管理机关，是我国对外贸易的重要环节，需要对大量的数据进行统计管理。由于受到时间和空间的限制，原始信息获取方式的局限性变得越来越突出，而以统一的用户平台为基础的信息获取方式伴随着政府部门信息化、办公自动化的脚步应运而生。通过网络平台可以发布公告和最新信息，方便用户进行浏览和查询。因此，如何建立一个比较全面的商品信息平台，囊括海关业务工作所需的商品信息数据，为业务工作提供参考，就成为当前海关工作中一个迫切需要解决的问题。 本文从实际工作出发，确定了海关管理信息系统的功能并加以实现。系统采用浏览器/服务器模式软件设计技术。在此基础上，以SQLServer2000为后台运行...; Customs, as the supervision and control authority for the national import and export, is an important part of China's foreign trade business.
