| 英文摘要 | 随着高校人事制度的改革不断深入，新的管理方式和新的管理制度的不断出现，高校人事管理部门面临了很多新的问题。目前很多高校都实行全员聘任制，并且对教师的评价机制也采用绩效考核管理和绩效工资管理的机制。绩效管理的实行增加了人事管理部门的工作量，因此，绩效管理中实行信息化是刻不容缓的事情。论文在充分考虑江西工业工程职业技术学院目前绩效管理的现状基础上，力求在学院绩效管理中实现信息化、无纸化和网络化管理，从而改进全院职工绩效管理的管理方式，提高绩效管理的工作效率。 系统在充分考虑学院目前的软硬件条件的基础上，以实际的业务流程作为基础，采用面向对象的设计方法，开发了绩效管理系统。论文首先介绍了江西工业工...; With the deepening of the reform of personnel system in colleges, the new management mode and new management system constantly, the personnel management department in universities is facing many new problems.
