| 英文摘要 | 近年来互联网技术的迅猛发展，第三方支付方式也层出不穷，将第三方支付方式直接用于看病缴费，可以提高门诊收费的结算效率,具有很高的应用价值。 本文就是在此背景下,使用VisualStudio2012的开发环境，数据库基于SQLServer2008构建一套通用的支付接口支持目前主流的第三方支付方式来完成诊间结算，简化医院就诊流程，减少排队次数及等候时间，优化患者就诊体验，使病人就诊更加方便。系统涵盖费用管理、病人基本信息管理、票据管理、基本信息设置及查询管理等模块。每个模块又包含相应的子功能，各个模块之间相辅相成，相互依赖，共同完成了门诊收费业务的功能。 以软件工程中的瀑布模型为设计主线，论文较...; In recent years, with the rapid development of network technology, third-party payments are emerging in an endless stream.
