| 英文摘要 | 随着信息化时代的快速发展，移动终端已变为人们日常生活中的必需品。为了提高藏区民众的生活水平以及促进与其他民族的相互交流，开发一个能使藏区民众使用的移动终端操作系统已成为迫切需求。 本文首先阐述了开发Android藏化操作系统的背景和意义，然后，概述了本操作系统的有关技术，其中包含了编译环境工具：Python和JAVA以及Android平台及其特性；再次，根据系统的需求对编译环境进行了搭建，着重对藏文的显示、Android操作系统下藏文的配置，藏文输入法以及藏文资源本地化进行了设计；最后，对系统的功能进行了实现。 在当今移动互联和信息技术飞速发展的时代，通过实现Android操作系统的藏化，...; With the rapid development of information age, mobile devices have become necessities for people’s daily life.
