英文摘要	当前时代正处于知识经济的时代，知识产权作为知识经济的重要组成部分，越来越引起各个国家的重视，专利即是知识产权的一个重要分支。专利代理事务所作为专业的专利服务机构，其对专利的发展和应用具有重要作用。专利代理事务所在成立之初，其规模相对较小，人员较少，每个人所承担的事务相对较多。在专利案件管理方面，很多还停留在使用一个个数据表格的方式进行管理，并没有一个完整的管理信息系统来实现对案件的管理。基于解决专利案件的管理的目的，论文对专利代理事务所的专利案件管理信息系统进行了研究和讨论。 本系统采用基于B/S的架构，使用Dreamweaver和VisualBasic.NET工具进行开发，使用ACCESS...; In the age of knowledge economy, Intellectual Property, as the main part of knowledge economy, attracts more and more attention from every country.
