| 英文摘要 | 自从改革开放以来，市场经济与计划经济一直是中国经济主要的两种经济体制形式。通过长期的实践证明，市场经济更符合中国市场运转模式。市场经济是一种讲究诚信的经济体制，信任是维系市场经济中彼此之间的纽带，但是市场经济信任关系存在不确定性地缺陷。在我国市场经济中，市场中彼此的信任度很低，依然还有很多问题在不断的涌现，例如故意拖债、不遵守合约、不诚信、欺骗等问题，这些问题导致信任危机越来越严重，严重阻碍了市场经济的健康发展。 本文基于B/S三层架构和SQLserver2008数据库设计并实现了电力客户信用信息管理系统，系统涵盖了客户信息管理、客户信用管理、服务咨询、应收账款管理、定时提醒与通知管理、绩效...; Since the reform and opening-up, the two economic systems of market economy and planned economy are the major forms.
