| 英文摘要 | 随着信息化，互联网和大数据等技术的发展，结合信息化的技术建立完善的综合管理信息系统已经成为各个领域信息综合管理的大势所趋。我国目前经济发展导致的人口流动性增加，跨地域刑事案件数量增加，刑事案件侦破困难增强。加之各地刑侦机关警力不足，刑侦信息管理水平和共享水平不够，案件侦破过程面临着成本高，效率低，周期长的问题。而且随着犯罪手段向高科技化发展，我国刑侦信息管理系统也面临着更高的考验。 针对这一现状，本文设计开发一套基于J2EE的刑侦信息综合管理系统，系统主要包括系统管理、发案资料管理、破案资料管理、破管辖外案资料管理、销案资料管理、违法犯罪人员资料管理、违法犯罪单位资料管理和查询统计报表等功能...; With the development of information technology, the Internet and big data technologies, combined with information technology to establish a sound integrated management information system has become integrated in all areas of information management trend.
