| 英文摘要 | 经济的发展和社会的进步，不仅给我们的生活带来了前所未有的变革，同时带来的还有违法犯罪行为呈现出智能化、隐蔽性、高发性等诸多特点。目前，对公安警情管理仍然采取以计算机为媒介，简单的利用电脑存储、传输的旧式警务工作模式。这模式早已无法适应新时期警务工作的需要，亟需开发一套新的警情预警管理系统。 针对这种现状，本文开发设计了一套基于J2EE的公安警情预警管理系统，能够实现警务相关警情的管理、分析、查询和警情预警等多功能一体的警情管理平台，为基层警务工作提供技术支撑。本论文首先介绍了目前国内外公安警情预警管理系统，在调研相关软件技术和警情信息管理的主要业务流程基础上，采用UML、J2EE技术和SQL...; With the development economic and society, our life has changed unprecedentdely, but caused the many features eg.intelligentization, elusion, high incidence in criminals and illegals at the same time.
