| 英文摘要 | 社会保险费的征缴是国家实现社保保障制度的核心，主要包括依照有关法律、行政法规和国务院规定制定的养老保险、医疗保险、工商保险、失业保险、生育保险等的征缴，含单位缴纳部分和个人缴纳两部分。基本管理模式为，账户管理在人社，征收管理在税务，资金支付在财政。由于财政、劳动、税务三个部门都拥有各自较为完善的信息处理系统，数据库也有很大区别。如何利用新的信息化手段整合现有的网络和信息资源，再造业务管理流程，保障社保信息安全、准确、及时地进行无障碍传递，是目前社保费征缴问题上突出的难点。社会保险费征缴数据实时交换系统能较好的解决这一矛盾。 本系统是一个基于J2EE体系结构开发的信息交换平台，使用Oracle...; The social insurance premium collect is the core of the national realization of the social security system.
