| 英文摘要 | 网络发票管理系统是税收管理信息化建设的一部分，利用互联网技术、计算机技术能够实现税务管理信息化、规范化，对加强我国税务信息管理，打击使用虚假发票的非法行为，保证市场经济的正常运行，均有重要的实际应用意义。 本文主要目的是设计并实现网络发票管理系统，能够利用该系统为纳税人、税务局工作人员提供发票业务办理与信息管理功能。在对某省税务局发票管理需求的调查与研究基础上，结合网络发票的研究现状，提出了采用C/S模式的网络发票管理系统设计方案。该系统具有在线发票开具、离线发票开具、发票冲红、发票补打等发票信息管理功能，其中离线发票开具功能依托本地数据库，利用Java编程实现。系统的客户端界面采用Ajax...; Invoice management system is part of the revenue management information construction, use of Internet technology, computer technology can realize the tax management informationization and standardization, to strengthen the tax information management in our country, to crack down on illegal behavior, using a false invoices to ensure the normal operation of market economy, has the important practica...; 学位：工程硕士; 院系专业：软件学院_工程硕士(软件工程); 学号：X2013232442 |
