英文摘要	区政府的一项重点工作需要对区内的贫困人员进行精准扶贫。在精准扶贫的工作中，需要精准掌握贫困人员的状况，建立完善贫困人员档案。同时对贫困人员贫困原因、贫困程度以及脱贫难度进行深度分析。并结合具体情况，为每个贫困村，贫困户做出具体可行的脱贫方案，并定期回访。为了保证扶贫工作的落实到位，扶贫工作组需要进行月度、季度工作汇报，以及年终考核。 在扶贫工作过程中，由于贫困人员较多，人员档案比较凌乱，导致信息不全检索困难。同时为了对贫困人员的生产生活情况进行全面了解，需要不断对贫困人员进行回访跟进，对贫困人员回访跟进情况进行及时记录。由于每次的走访贫困户信息的大多数以纸质，或者电子表格的形式进行记录，造成...; A priority of the district government need accurate on the poor people in the poverty alleviation.
