| 英文摘要 | 随着税务信息化的发展，税务系统的信息管税水平逐步提高，税务系统的各项业务对信息系统的依赖程度越来越高。信息化的提高在带来税务征管水平提升、效率提高的同时，也带来了因信息系统故障而导致的业务中断风险。如何在享受信息化给税收业务的管理带来便利、效率带来提高的同时，尽量避免信息系统故障而导致的业务中断风险，是税务信息技术管理人员目前面临的最主要问题之一。 本文结合某税务局的实际需求，进行了信息系统监控平台的研究和实践。文章首先阐述了设计、开发的相关技术；接着针对税务局的硬件环境、系统软件、业务系统等具体情况进行了平台的需求分析；随后围绕系统管理、平台数据采集和监控、业务系统运行数据采集和监控、综合...; With the development of tax informationization, information technology of tax system gradually improved.
