| 英文摘要 | 今天的人们在空间和时间两个维度上有很大的流动性，人们往往不能不能在同一时间处于同一空间，传统的那种面对面的辅导答疑方式越来越无法满足。现在各行各业都在信息化，如何把传统的辅导答疑系统采用最新的信息技术来实现，变得非常有意义。 首先，文章详细介绍了项目的研究背景，论述了项目的研究意义，并通过比较国内和国外的研究现状，确定了本项目的自顶向下的研究方法。其次，课题采用软件工程的原理和方法，通过对辅导答疑流程的研究，明确了系统的主要业务流程，从而对系统进行了功能和数据需求分析，最后详细设计了功能模块，并从概念和逻辑方面设计了数据库。具体而言，在业务流程分析过程中，采用了活动图，对传统辅导答疑中的人工...; Nowadays, people flows frequently in time and space dimensions, and we often cannot stay at the same space at the same time.
