| 英文摘要 | 基础数据是网络设备运维的核心，是设备正常运行的根本，是信令、话务正常接续的基础，因此各类基础数据的完整性、正确性非常重要，基础数据的规范管理、自动化制作与验证意义十分重大，随着网络规模的不断扩大，业务日趋丰富，设备类型、数量日益增多，数据变更频率加快，数据量变得非常大，而通过人工核查制作的完整性、正确性和规范性非常费时费力，也很难保证核查结果的完整、正确。因此研发一套电子化管理软件核查网元的数据并通过软件来完成数据的制作就显得十分重要和紧迫。 本文研究内容是基于MVC设计思想，对系统的功能模块进行了细致、有针对性的资源整合，实现了与电子运维平台的无缝衔接，通过该系统的设计开发，实现如下功能：...; Basic data is the core of network operation and maintenance.
