| 英文摘要 | 数据挖掘（DATAMining）即从模糊的、不规则的、有噪声的海量信息中提取人们事先不知道但又有用的信息的过程。近年来，随着数据挖掘技术的日趋成熟，其越来越多的被应用到管理、生活中，使人们从中发现了大量的知识，提高了信息的利用率。 税收是国家经济的命脉，随着我国税务信息化建设的加快，以数据管税，以指标说话渐渐成为评价税收成绩的标准。在日常的征纳管理中，生成了大量的税收数据，对这些数据进行分析，可以帮助税务机关进行有效决策，不但可以提高税收征管的质量，也能提高对纳税人的服务水平。传统的数据分析仅限于对税收数据的汇总、分类及简单计算上，是一种带着问题去找问题的思路，而将数据挖掘技术应用于税收征管...; DATA Mining (DATA Mining) is the process to extracting the information that people didn't know but useful from the fuzzy, irregular, noisy and mass information.
