英文摘要	随着高校的不断扩招，毕业生人数逐年增多，伴随而来的就是毕业生找工作问题。为了方便企业和求职者提高效率，利用基于B/S的人才招聘网站发布招聘信息，求职者能够根据自己的求职要求在线递交简历、企业能够在线查看求职者的简历，并且根据自己的需要自动筛选和保留合适的简历，这样企业可以及时、全面地收集、存储大量的人力资源信息，求职者可以进行发布、浏览、搜索相关的信息，节省大量的人力、物力和财力。 本系统采用ASP.NET技术开发，应用SQL数据库技术，面向网上实现用户对招聘系统信息科学的、规范化的管理，主要实现招聘岗位信息的发布、在线查看人才信息，应聘者在线查看招聘信息并提交简历两方面的内容。用户可以通过...; With enrollment expanding in colleges and universities, graduates increase year by year, and the problem for them to find a job appears accordingly.
