| 英文摘要 | 高校招生规模不断扩大，导致校区增多且布局分散，而高校新建校区大多处于城乡结合部等偏僻地区，治安形势比较复杂。大学生思想较为单纯、社会经验不足、自我防范意识和能力薄弱。一些犯罪分子的作案手法趋于智能化、高科技化，传统的“围墙”式的安全防范形同虚设。高校安全保卫必需引入新的安保系统。 本文针对高校安防需求特点，采用监控网络视频前端、中心端和客户端的三层设计，前端和客户端均可通过3G或WIFI等无线网络接入，实现与中心端的流媒体传输及其它通信，提高了监控点布局的灵活性和管理人员巡视监控点的便利性。中心端具有自动添加媒体时间和监控点位置字幕、自动录像和记录系统操作日志等功能，为调查取证等提供方便。中...; The enrollment amount of universities are expanding, which leads to the increase and dispersion of campuses, and most of the new campuses are located on the tall timber such as rural-urban continuum, the situation of social security is complex.
