| 英文摘要 | 电力收费账务主要是登记电费往来帐以及对不及时交纳电费的客户核算其电费违约金。电费帐务的计算机处理对于提高电费帐务的管理水平、提高电费回收率、降低电费风险有很大的促进作用。 供电企业的电费状物管理比较早地实现了计算机处理，但电费会计的帐务处理因用电业务处理系统是脱节的，而且停留在手工录入阶段。通用化的财务软件在电力行业使用比较普遍，但这些软件对于欠费费用无法实现结算，并难以和电力营销工作实际费用保持一致。 针对电力实际情况及通用化财务系统存在的这些问题，开发可实现电费的应收、实收、电费上解的计算机自动化管理，支持多种缴费方式的电力营销收费账务管理系统已成为电力部门急需的需求。 为了保证电费...; Power charge accounts is mainly registration electric current account, as well as to not pay electricity customers in time of its electricity liquidated damages accounting.
