| 英文摘要 | 随着经济的全球化和信息时代的到来，信息对企业越来越重要。为了提高企业自身的竞争能力，越来越多的企业建立了管理信息系统。销售管理系统是一种以销售业务为主的管理信息系统，能够辅助企业的经营者准确及时地掌握销售信息，分析销售情况，科学地计划下一步的生产经营，从而达到销售管理的最优化。因此，建立Web的分布式销售管理系统对于增强各销售点的协作、减少产品的库存积压、加快企业资金周转、提高企业的市场响应速度等方面具有极为重要的意义。 本文以某公司为背景，对一般的Web的分布式销售管理系统的主要技术和关键问题进行了研究。采用Web的分布式结构设计实现了某公司的销售管理系统，采用数据复制技术解决了基于Int...; With the arrival of economic globalization and information age, information is playing a more important role in enterprises.
