| 英文摘要 | 国内利率市场化改革以及融资市场的快速发展使得银行在对中小企业的流动性风险的管理上难度加大，银行若没有一个有效的信贷管理系统来对客户信息进行统计分析、评审授信和风险控制，对决策能力、获利能力和发展将产生严重的影响。 论文结合国家开发银行的实际情况，对银行中小企业贷款的管理业务进行了分析，详细阐述了系统需要解决的问题。通过分析对系统的总体结构、系统功能、网络结构和数据库结构等方面进行了总体设计，采用基于B/S的系统结构、J2EE等技术的开发方案。系统从技术实现的角度上看主要由数据抽取、后台计算、Web界面报表三个模块组成，实现了从不同数据库中进行基础数据的抽取、数据分析和计算、以及计算结果展示等...; The interest rates market-oriented reforms and the rapid development of finance market make the managing difficulty of the interest rate risk and the liquidity risk increase.
