| 英文摘要 | 罚没物资管理系统是案件管理和物资管理中不可或缺的一部分，是整个仓库中物资运转的重要流程。工商局传统的手工管理仓库物资的方式已经难以满足现有需求。针对目前在罚没物资管理中出现的超期未处理和重报、漏报等现象，为更精准、更系统的对罚没物资进行管理，拟设计一个罚没物资管理系统软件，优化物资处理流程，加强全程监督力度，对罚没物资的入库、保管、出库、处置过程进行监管，对到期物资自动产生提醒信息，进一步提高罚没物资管理的信息化、规范化。 本文以工商局后勤管理部门对罚没物资管理方法作为研究对象，从实际工作出发，分析单位目前罚没物资管理中存在的问题，结合管理信息系统设计的基本原理方法，设计与实现了罚没物资管理...; Materials confiscation management system is an important part of material and case management and is an important component of the whole warehouse materials transfer operation.
