| 英文摘要 | 中国加入WTO后，证券市场开放步伐越来越快，开放程度也越来越高，国外资金雄厚、管理经验丰富的证券公司的相继加入，导致证券行业竞争愈加激励。同时，随着证券市场竞争的白热化，当前证券市场产品同质化严重，传统的以通道功能为主的平台已经不能满足股民日益强烈的服务需求。而且，股民的范围不断扩大，风险偏好、投资能力差异严重，大家对个性化证券服务的呼声越来越高。面对内忧外患，对国内券商而言研究个性化的证券服务系统具有重大的现实意义。 本论文首先分析了当前的证券行业的操作流程，调查了股民对证券服务系统的需求，概括出了证券服务系统所应具有的功能。接着，建立客户关系模型，利用客户关系模型对证券公司的客户群进行分...; Since China’s accession to WTO, the pace of stock market opening-up is more and more fast, as well as the opening degree.
