| 英文摘要 | 随着我国金融改革的不断推进，银行业的竞争日益激烈，对各银行内部管理中的重点绩效考核提出了更高的要求。传统考核模式暴露出越来越多的弊病，如考核效率低、工作量大、差错率高、激励效果不明显等。为改进管理方法，提高考核效率，提升激励效果，为各级行的领导提供一个更好的决策参考平台，减少各部门在业务考核中的人力投入，特设计并实现综合考核系统。 本系统是以XMLWebService技术为设计实现基础，.NET构架为技术平台，MSSQLServer数据库为数据中心，使用C#语言开发的分布式系统。系统采用层次架构，将考核管理的各项工作分解到后台处理层、表现层、应用层和数据层中，实现后台数据整理、各项存贷款情况...; With the continuous progress of financial reform in China and an increasingly competitive banking industry, there is a higher requirement in the performance assessment in internal management of the banks.
