| 英文摘要 | 当今世界市场竞争激烈，信息化成为世界经济和社会发展的主流。本文针对新疆某商业银行中客户关系管理中普遍存在的客户资源利用率低，客户信息和资源难以整合、业绩考核管理难以运作等问题，设计和实现了一个银行客户关系管理系统：金管家。本系统可以帮助银行提升工作效率、深度挖掘客户需求、提供科学决策，充分提高业务人员的业绩和客户贡献度，为以信息服务为重点的金融业务的快速发展提供有力保障。 本系统采用Struts+Hibernate+Spring框架结构，针对新疆某商业银行实际的客户关系管理的情况，从需求获取、可行性研究、性能需求、功能需求、安全需求等方面进行了详细的需求分析，并结合客户关系管理理念、OLAP...; Informatization has become the mainstream of the world's economic and social development owing to the intense competition of current world's market.
