| 英文摘要 | 随着计算机的普及和互联网技术的飞速发展，全国各地税务机关都在致力于网上办税的应用和推广。申报征收、发票开具和认证、抄报税等一系列涉税工作都可以通过网上办税在互联网上得以实现。纳税人可以足不出户完成很多涉税事项的办理，享受着现代信息技术带来的便利。网上申报是网上办税的主要功能。传统的网上申报主要有两种实现模式：表单在线填写的B/S模式和离线申报的C/S模式。这两种模式在保证数据的安全性、真实性、可靠性方面，在控制服务器并发压力方面以及用户使用体验方面都各自存在一定的不足和缺陷。所以，为了方便纳税人使用，降低服务器并发压力，更为了满足申报数据安全性、真实性、可靠性要求，开发了一个面向信息安全的税务...; With the quick popularity of computer and the rapid development of Internet technology, country tax authorities are committed to spread and promote the online tax application.
