| 英文摘要 | 当前国内印刷行业的竞争越来越激烈，同时许多印刷企业管理落后；因此信息化提升管理水平是企业的必由之路，通过信息化实施ERP系统后，能够大大的提升企业的管理水平，增强企业竞争力，提高企业生产效率，降低成本。 因为印刷行业多为中小型企业，经济实力有限；并且传统模式的ERP系统是按照大规模产品生产模式所开发，所以目前国内市场上缺少针对于印刷业的行业ERP系统。而且印刷企业的生产模式也多为订单生产模式的特点决定了传统模式的ERP系统不适合国内印刷行业使用，无法胜任印刷行业的需求。 针对这种现状，本文研究适应国内印刷行业特点、基于项目管理模式的ERP系统，具体内容包括以下几个方面： （1）以实现企业...; Currently, competition at internal Printing Industry becomes more and more fierce.
