| 英文摘要 | 随着信息化程度的不断深入，各类信息化资产成倍增长，江西省地方税务局系统内干部职工计算机设备拥有量从数据集中前五六个人共一台电脑设备，到现在是平均一人一台多。由于不断有新设备要购买，老设备要报废，这给设备管理部门的管理工作带来了很大的压力。同时也因为缺乏有效的系统管理手段，导致设备管理比较混乱，设备管理的制度化、程序化、规范化水平比较低。为了解决目前设备管理存在的各种突出问题，改善设备管理工作的同时体现多维管理模式，实现对设备管理工作的科学化、规范化、精细化，建立全面准确的设备管理基础数据。因此提出建设设备管理系统，建立一套能为今后建设金税工程提供基础数据服务，提高工作效率和质量。 本文以设备...; With the deepening of the level of information technology, all kinds of information assets doubled, the amount of computer equipment owned the first five or six people, a computer equipment from the data set, and now is an average of one person a multi.
