| 英文摘要 | 社会的不断进步与发展，一方面给我们的生活学习带来了很大的便利，但社会在发展的同时也经常出现一些危我们生命健康的事故与疾病，如果让普通的家庭担受高额的治疗费用，是远超过他们承受范围的，所以越来越多的人会选择投保寿险，以在发生不幸事件后能够缓解经济压力，因此寿险业务也越来越受到人们的关注。 本文以寿险后勤保障信息管理系统建设为研究背景，通过寿险后勤保障管理系统的设计与实现，达到完善寿险公司后勤保障体系，协助寿险公司更好的管理寿险业务、投诉业务以及理赔业务，增强寿险公司的办公效率、提升寿险公司的社会竞争力的目标。在系统开发主要使用了J2EE相关技术，在MVC思想的指导下，通过Struts2、Spr...; With the social progress and development, on the one hand, our life and learning have become great convenient, on the other hand, our lives and health are in danger, the more accidents and diseases happened.
