| 英文摘要 | 随着信息技术在建筑领域不断拓展和深化，建筑业信息化的发展已成为信息社会发展的重要组成部分。国际上，特别是发达国家对“运用信息技术，提升建筑业”都给予了高度重视，这已成为世界各国建筑业发展的趋势。在我国，建筑业是我国国民经济的重要支柱产业之一。作为服务于各类建筑企业以及公众的城建部门，加速构建与建筑市场发展相适应的管理平台，是其提高工作效率，提升管理水平的重要手段。 过去开发的建筑管理系统还存在部分缺陷，主要表现为以下三个方面：一是基础数据不完备；二是数据标准不规范；三是系统平台不统一。这些缺陷造成了管理部门行政成本增加，管理效率低下。 本系统的开发基于.NETFramework平台，运用A...; With the continuous development and deepening of information technology in construction field, development of informatization in the field has become one of the important components in development of information society.
