| 英文摘要 | 医院信息系统是现代社会发展的必然趋势，也是现代医院管理发展的必然要求。随着医学科技快速发展和医疗设备不断更新，医院管理更加复杂和困难，对医院管理的科学性要求越来越高，仅靠管理者的个人经验和传统的手工管理模式，已经远远不能满足现代化医院管理的需要，不能适应医院现代化发展的步伐，医院门诊管理的计算机化、网络化和数据库化势在必行。 福建医科大学附属第二医院是一家省属三级甲等大型综合性医院，门诊信息管理系统（HIS，HospitalInformationSystem）是该医院信息系统的一个子系统。本文以此为设计背景，根据HIS的特点，从系统开发的必要性出发，提出了应用多层的C/S（Client/Se...; Hospital information system is the inevitable trend of development of modern society, but also the inevitable development of modern hospital management requirements.
