| 英文摘要 | 随着我国经济的蓬勃发展和社会主义市场经济体制的迅速完善，每个行业都在使用高科技、现代化的手段来改善服务质量和提高工作效率，因此人力资源部门提出把积分制度用于对人的管理，以积分形式来激励人的积极性、衡量人的自我价值、反映和考核人的综合表现。 本文所设计与实现的基于J2EE的积分管理系统采用JSF、Spring、Hibernate等软件开发技术进行开发；业务逻辑采用EJB中间件技术进行设计开发，实现了系统业务逻辑层与数据库的分离，保证了数据库的安全性；采用分布式、结构化、组件化技术使系统具有较高的可移植性、可扩展性、可维护性和容错性。 本系统可以实现根据工龄、研发任务、研发成果和工作积累、团队...; With the rapid development of China's economy and improvement of the socialist market system, high-tech and modern means are increasingly used by almost every industry to improve service quality and work efficiency.
