| 英文摘要 | 人事管理是行政事业单位日常管理中的重要工作，早期的管理方式主要手工纸质档案管理和简易电子表格，这种方式不仅会降低人事管理工作的效率，同时，还存在着信息不完整、信息易丢失、难以共享的缺点。随着信息技术的不断发展和深化，引入科学的人事管理方法，结合信息管理技术，构建人事管理信息系统能够有效的解决以上问题。 本文结合某单位人事管理的现状和信息化建设的需求，分析了设计基于MVC的人事管理信息系统的目的和意义，阐述了系统开发的必要性。论文对B/S体系结构和C/S体系结构的进行对比，分析了两种体系结构的优缺点，并选用B/S体系结构为本文开发系统的软件体系结构。论文对设计开发管理信息系统的相关技术进行了分...; Personal management is an important work in daily management.
