| 英文摘要 | 随着计算机技术的发展，网络技术己经在社会生活的各个领域得到广泛的应用。电子办公时代的到来为税收管理现代化提供了良好的机会，同时也为税务机关的发展提出了严峻的考验。本文从税务机关提高征管信息化建设角度出发，结合资本所得个人所得税的特点，研究并实现了资本所得个人所得税信息管理系统。 论文以江西省萍乡市地方税务局资本所得个人所得税信息管理系统的整个开发过程为基础，介绍了系统的开发背景、需求分析、总体架构设计和详细设计。系统采用了将Web服务器、应用服务器和数据库服务器相分离的方式，运用了工作流技术在系统中传递任务，实现了资本所得个人所得税信息管理，建立了个人股权信息库，实现了户籍式管理个人资本所得...; With the development of computer science,the network has got the extensive application in social living.
