| 英文摘要 | 随着新疆维吾尔自治区公路路网里程的不断增长，对省、市、县、乡、专用公路等各级公路的养护工作进行有效管理的重要性日益突出。如何利用现代信息技术来解决区公路养护管理中的实际问题，从而实现公路养护管理的科学、合理和高效，是公路养护管理信息系统研究的重点。 通过对自治区公路养护管理现状的研究，以及对国内外公路养护管理信息系统的研究，分析了目前公路养护管理信息系统的发展趋势和存在问题。结合实际调研和分析，明确了公路养护管理信息系统需求分析和系统设计原则，并构建系统开发详细流程图，同时重点研究基于GIS的公路及沿线设施的地图数据模型。提出了公路空间数据库的逻辑设计、空间属性库的设计、空间与属性的关联设计...; With the continuous growth of the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region highway network mileage, the importance of effective management of road maintenance work at all levels of the provincial, city, county, township, special roads have become increasingly prominent.
