| 英文摘要 | 社会保险是我国社会保障体系的核心部分，加强社会保险费征收管理工作，是完善社会保障机制的前提和重要环节，也是建立和完善社会保障制度的重要基础。在社保费税式征管的制度下，借用税收网络平台，建立社会保险费征收管理基础信息体系，将进一步提高劳动保障部门及税务部门的服务水平、工作效率，并实现参保单位办理缴纳社会保险费业务的标准化、规范化、自动化和网络化。 推行单位社会保险费网上申报是大理市地税优化服务、提高征缴效率的一项重要手段。目前，大理市地税征收单位社会保险费仍使用传统的上门申报方式，以纸质申报为主，缴费手续繁琐、办理时间长，办税大厅压力大，而且存在票据风险。为解决这一系列矛盾，在原有网上报税系统...; Social insurance is the central part of our social security system.
