| 英文摘要 | 近年来，随着我国城镇医疗保险制度的不断完善，医疗保险覆盖率已达100%。参保人员不断增加的同时，参保人员的就医需求也在不断增长。由于我国各地经济发展水平不一，各地医疗机构的水平也不均等，经济发达城市的医疗水平相对较高，导致越来越多的参保人员选择在发达城市异地就医，医疗保险异地结算问题也相应而来。 医疗保险异地结算系统分布性广，客户端网点众多，要求系统具备较高的可扩展性，并且可以方便迅速地部署应用，尽可能减少定点医疗机构在IT资源设备上的投入，降低使用成本。基于云计算的医疗保险异地结算系统以浏览器JSP网页程序的方式把服务器端的软件提供给用户，可以在任何可接入Internet的地方使用，无需安...; In recent years, with the improvement of the medical insurance system in China, medical insurance coverage has reached 100%.
