| 英文摘要 | 江西建筑工程职业技术学院是2003年从中等职业院校发展成为高职院校的。在这近十年，学院主要紧抓规模化建设而缺乏内涵建设，在师资队伍建设方面没有建立系统的管理体系。为解决师资队伍的内涵建设，提高学校的教学质量，学校需要从教师培训管理、业务档案管理、师德师风考核、绩效考核等方面进行全面的跟踪和分析。为此，经学院研究决定由教务处牵头开发师资队伍建设信息管理系统。 根据江西建筑工程职业技术学院目前实际的师资队伍建设情况以及学院网络中心机房的架构，通过研究决定将系统设计为B/S模式，采用此模式的应用程序可以为学院教职工使用以及系统使用升级、维护等方面提供操作的便利。对于师资队伍系统中的用户账户管理采用...; Jiangxi Vocational and Technical College of Construction Engineering in 2003 from other vocational schools developed into vocational colleges.
