| 英文摘要 | 随着云南国税信息化建设的不断推进，信息化管税的提出要求我省的信息管税从原来单一、分散运用模式逐步向整合分析利用模式进行转变。税收征管决策是税收管理员依据纳税人在进行开业登记、纳税申报、纳税人资格、纳税人经营状况管理四大环节对纳税人各阶段内产生的税收数据进行分析和归纳，并根据设定条件进行分析判断，辅助使用者做出决策的一个系统。该系统主要实现了查询、统计、分析、决策提示等功能。 本文针对日常税收管理工作中出现的税收征管业务需求，基于J2EE三层架构，应用Weblogic中间件和Oracle9i数据库设计并实现一套税收征管辅助系统，涵盖了税务登记、税种登记、资格认定、核定定额变动分析、一般纳税人税...; With the advancement of national tax informatization construction of Yunnan, the promotion of informatization management duties requests that the tax in our province should alter from the original single, scattered pattern to integrate analytical applying model step by step.
