| 英文摘要 | 信息化广泛应用于征收管理，数据已经高度集中，在这样的情况下，过去粗放式的管理已经不能适应当今的税收征管模式。现存在的主要矛盾为虽然数据省级集中，但是各业务部门都只根据自身业务的需求开发相关的子系统，数据存在着相对的独立性，税收管理员查找数据时要到不同的子系统中。此次开发税收数据分析系统，就是从税收管理员日常工作需求出发，将各个子系统的数据加以整合，通过数据自动抽取和分析，帮助税收管理员发现执法风险点和税源漏洞，有效的提高征管质量，避免执法风险。 此次开发本着以征管流程为主线，数据挖掘利用分析为重点的思路。开发采用的平台是J2EE，语言是Java，数据库采用的是Oracle，所用到的框架为St...; Information technology is widely used in the tax collection, the data is already highly concentrated.
