| 英文摘要 | 在全球信息化的今天，各行各业的发展都离不开信息技术的背景。税务部门作为一个掌管着国家财政民生的重要职能部门，亦紧跟时代步伐，以信息技术为支撑进一步完善税收征管及各项业务工作。根据云南省地方税务局开展的阳光示范县活动，云南省普洱市地方税务局在积极推进税收征管信息化建设的同时，对于各类政务信息的处理和发布、查询这一薄弱环节，响应要求积极思考探索，并着手实践。设计一套基于触摸屏或PC机使用的信息公开系统不仅有效展现了科技管税的要求，使税收征管工作更加严谨、更具效率，也将监督权、知情权透明化，更好的服务纳税人。 本文的研究由基层税务机关这一立足点出发，从信息公开系统建设的发展状况及信息化相关概念进行...; In today's global informationization, the development of all trades and professions cannot do without the information technology background.
