| 英文摘要 | 天山区是乌鲁木齐市的老城区，房屋征收和补偿工作是政府工作中不可回避的问题，为了很好的解决房屋征收与补偿过程中存在的问题，同时提高相应工作效率。政府决定采用信息化技术手段来规范此项工作。 根据用户的具体需求，设计人员在不断比选设计方案的基础上，确定了符合天山区房屋征收与补偿管理信息系统的技术方案。 系统的网络架构采用了Browser/Server（浏览器/服务器模式，即B/S)结构，同时采用了JAVA语言和MySQL数据库对管理系统进行了开发。在系统的总体设计中采用例图和流程图，对系统的结构和各个流程进行了详细的阐释分析。对系统中涉及的事务实体和属性采用E-R模型进行了详细的介绍，并对系统中...; Tianshan District is the old area of Urumqi, the housing levy and compensation work is government work ,which can not be avoided. in order to solve the existing problems in housing levy and compensation process, while improving the efficiency of the corresponding work.
