| 英文摘要 | 温州市城市建设档案馆成立于上世纪八十年代。经过三十多年的收集和发展，已经建设成为国家一级城建档案馆，并保存着海量的音视频资料、早期录像带、大量的照片等声像资料。随着多媒体时代的到来，声像档案在传统档案中的占比逐年递增，声像档案的查询利用率也在逐年递增。但是，传统的声像档案管理存在许多弊端，比如管理制度落后，库房条件差，声像档案查找不方便，利用过程中会导致原始声像档案自然损耗或丢失，不利于声像档案长期保存。所以，城建档案馆需要利用软件设计和电子设备技术，来开发一套可以使声像档案长期保存，并且查找利用方便的声像档案管理系统，为以后温州城建档案馆声像档案可持续发展和数字化档案馆发展奠定基础。 温州...; Wen Zhou city construction archives was founded in the eighties of the last century.
