| 英文摘要 | 办公方式已经从传统的手工办公转变为使用自动化办公软件辅助办公。采用办公自动化系统，提高办公效率，基本实现公文、签报和审批等的电子化，降低管理成本。当前的办公自动化系统，用户在没有电脑的情况，并且在事务紧急的情况下是无法立即进行办公的。因此本文拟开发一套办公自动化系统，将审批功能移植到移动终端，方便用户随时随地的办公。当企业相关审批流程的审批人出差时，可以随时查看审批请求以实现审批结果的快速回复，并且能够使用手机终端，实时跟进事务状态，并能够通过手机终端进行内部沟通。 系统包括移动端和后台管理。移动客户端包括工作台、我的事物、移动内部通讯等功能。后台管理采用B/S架构，由事务汇总、事务管理、流...; The way people handle official bussiness have shift from manual to automation office software.
