| 英文摘要 | 党建工作是基层党委工作的主要内容，通过建设管理系统来促进党建工作的标准化、规范化、流程化，为企业的生产经营保驾护航。如何减轻党委工作者的工作负担？如何规范党建工作？如何提高党建工作效率？带着这些问题，借助于现代化的计算机和网络技术，本文开始了党建管理系统的建设研究。 将党委工作、党支部工作、工会工作、团委工作、团支部工作进行梳理，使之标准化、流程化、制度化，并制定相应的考核标准。将上述内容全部纳入到党建对标管理系统中。通过对党建工作的梳理、分析、归类，确定每项工作办理的事项、信息和流程，促使基层党组织办理党建工作有标准、有依据，提高工作效率，通过与标准化党建工作的对照来找对比，找差距，争先创...; The party construction is the main work content of party committee at grassroots level.
