| 英文摘要 | 随着计算机技术的高速发展，各级政府部门已建立行政监督管理信息系统，用于推行电子政务，为社会提供规范、透明、高效的管理和服务。 印章管理是各级公安机关的一项重要职责。本课题的目的是开发一套符合公安部标准的，适用于省、市、县印章信息管理的系统，有效改善因监管任务繁重、专业人员少、专业知识缺乏而引起的印章管理不善等问题，提高印章的监管效率，促进相关标准、管理办法、条例的贯彻落实。 本系统以公安部门现有的网络服务器和计算机作为硬件设备。数据库采用ORACLE，开发工具采用WebLogic，PowerBuilder，Delphi7。 该系统主要实现对辖区内印章的审批、制作、使用等相关信息的录入、查...; With the fast development of computer technology, government departments at all levels have set up administrative supervision and management information system, applied in the implementation of e-government and aimed for providing the society with standardized, transparent, efficient management and service.
