| 英文摘要 | 高校学生工作管理是高校德育工作的一个重要组成部分，伴随着高校扩招，在校学生人数日益增加，高校学生工作管理面临越来越大的压力和挑战。人少、事多、量大成为高校学工系列人员面临的共同特点。引入管理信息系统对学生的基础信息、纪律、宿舍、资助、就业、团组织等方面工作进行数字化、信息化的管理，能够有效地提高工作效率，减轻学工人员工作负担，简化工作流程，促进学校发展。 本论文主要针对广西艺术学院学生工作管理信息系统的分析与设计进行了相关的论述，结合当前学校学生工作管理的现状，充分利用学校现有网络资源，设计一套行之有效的工作管理系统。文中介绍了系统开发技术和相关开发工具，包括B/S开发三层架构和SQLSer...; The students work management plays an important role in the moral education work in universities and colleges.
