| 英文摘要 | 本课题属于医疗保险领域信息化建设，代理服务器部属J2EE架构的应用软件，支持相关业务的经办。随着经济社会发展和人口流动增多，近年来，异地就医人数明显增加，2012年贵州省全省城镇医保异地就医人员占所有就医人员的7%，发生的医疗费用占全部费用的16%。一些参保人员特别是长期异地居住、重大疾病转诊转院人员，跨市(州)就医需“垫支”医疗费用和“跑腿”报销，困难和问题十分突出，迫切希望得到解决。国家和省的深化医药卫生体制改革“十二五”规划和人力资源社会保障“十二五”专项规划，均提出要在2015年前实现省内异地就医即时结算。使用信息化的管理手段势在必行。 贵州省地处西部欠发达地区，下辖10个市（州）统...; This paper refers to the establishment of information technology in the field of medical insurance.
