| 英文摘要 | 随着经济社会的不断发展，高速公路建设迅猛发展，长期以来得到了党和国家对高速公路建设的高度重视，在资金上大量投入，高速公路建设取得了举世瞩目的辉煌成就。高速公路建设的同时需要有效的管理和运营，高速交警主要负责高速公路道路运输工作的执法，对高速公路事故进行处理，对高速公路上的违法违章行为进行处罚。因此，需要建设一套标准的信息管理系统对高速公路的各种信息数据进行统一管理，辅助高速交警对高速公路的管理。 本文分析研究目前交通管理行业的信息化建设情况，结合具体工作业务，在调研交通管理部门的基础上得出了系统的功能需求，分别为高速交通查询分析功能、系统数据分析功能、违法分析功能、卡口情况分析功能和系统设置...; With the Expressway construction and rapid development of information technology, the party and country always attaches great importance to the construction of highway.
